Who are you?
What does it say on your business card?
Marketing Manager, Emerging Property
How long has Emerging Property been trading?
What do you consider to be the biggest challenge facing estate and letting agents at the moment?
For other agents, political and economic uncertainty causing stagnation. This doesnt worry me too much, though, as our property investment sectors will remain unaffected. The lower pound for example, has meant more people holidaying in the UK which has meant our serviced apartments at Westbeach in Devon have been overbooked for most school holidays. Our student properties continue to be 100% occupied, with one of our developments having a waiting list of 400 students. Whereas residential property has definitely flattened out a sector we are not working in.
What is your greatest achievement in your current role and what made it so special?
Being the first person on board in what was then a start-up and being part of the team to help it grow to having more than 2,0000 clients around the world. I spent a couple of years in our Dubai office and travelled to Asia and Australia with the company meeting partners which was great fun.

Learning all the time about the property sector the latest marketing trends.
